Paalam Hall1
Ten months were over so quickly. As the days passed, time seemed to accelerate towards the point where Balay Lampirong shall close its doors to rest for the summer*.
It's time to call it a year. It's so sad we have to leave the dorm, but we must be thankful for the privilege of staying under its cover for even just a short time. With us we bring the memories, the learnings, the friendships.
Next academic year, some of us will remain, some will be in another dorm, some will be in another school. Yet, we will still be connected. We share that special time in our lives when we were together in Castillo del Placuna Placenta.

*Technically, there's no summer in the Philippines.

fro ten months the dorm was full of laughing people, people fussing over deadlines and people you can see outside tha dorm(the canopy to be exact) chatting though i really think theyre sharing gossips..hehe and im guilty...-_^
i never believed that hall1 this year will be this close to my heart.the people who stayed with me at the dorm made the journey extra special..
i will never forget the experiences we shared the laughters, the tears, the fun and the low times..
being an upperclass in Hall 1 is a priviledge as well as a big responsibility..and i hope i made it to the expectations one is expected of once he becomes a dorm upperclassman..
for the first years and those who'll be staying in the university..we will see each other again next sem for another sem full of deadlines and requirements..the first years are the ones who taught me to be mature.. i thank you for that! i am truly greatful!
for the graduating upperclassmen, KUDOS! i wish you all the best in life.. i believe that we will see each other in the future..ate fel, thank you for the guidance! mwah! kuya rex, you're simply the best room mate! kuya mon, be happy..ate hedz, i willl trully miss you (though di pa naman sure diba?) i promise i wont let you down..
and for the people who are planning to transfer, i wish you the best prove to them that UPIANS are the best there are! mwah!

Malungkot man dahil magkakahiwa-hiwalay na tayo, sana ay huwag nating kalimutan ang saya, lungkot, mga di pagkakaunawaan, mga aral at lahat ng mga alaala. Dalhin natin ito sa ating mga puso at laging isipin na maraming mga nagmamahal sa atin.
Sana ay nabigyang saya ko kayo sa loob ng sampung buwan ng ating pagsasama. Maraming salamat at nagkatagpo ang ating mga landas.

Hello there everyone... well it is really painful for someone to leave something precious and important behind, fo example, the fact that some of us are already leaving Hall 1 is one of the saddest fact that we must face. But as we go on with our lives, perhaps, we will never never be lonely. Why? It is with the memories that we make that makes Hall 1 unique among other dormitories. It is us who procure change and initiate new alternatives of living. Hall 1 was made out of our happy and sad experiences together with the people that we have shared with. It is not the dorm, but rather, it is us who make Hall 1. So, cheer up and live your life to the fullest together with the people that you met when you were once in a dormitory fashioned with the different experiences in life... May God bless all of you...
