Noel's Hall 1 Shirt Design Victorious
The Hall 1 shirt design has finally been decided! Noel's design won a landslide victory over three others. The shirt will be worn by all Hall 1 residents in time during Lampirong Days. Watch out for it! Although it will have to be a surprise for non-Hall1 residents, here's a sneak peek:

Well, Noel deserves it!!! He has the best design, judging from the color of the shirt, design and impact.
Actually, there were four designs but the three lacks at least one element that could make it a winner.
Dave's, for me, design places second. It has the right color too but has less impact.
Mon's design is quite a catcher. The design is eccentric and unique. However, color is somewhat less vibrant.
Rex's design was simple and elegant. However, it looks very common.
All four did a great job!
The dormers chose the best and they did it right.
We chose a shirt that would make other envious again.
